Welcome to Fuzzy Monkey Photography

Born to and raised by a roving pack of Rhesus Macaque monkeys, Marcus and Al lived carefree lives in the wild until captured by a cosmetics company for animal testing.

While in captivity, besides learning how to put on lipstick and to contrast eye shadow against concealer, Al and Marcus were taught how to use cameras in order to photograph the results of such experiments and to be published in fashion magazines.

After being liberated by the Eco-terrorist group "Supermodels Against Simian Slaughter" (SASS), Marcus and Al now use their photographic skills to capture the world through a lens as only a Fuzzy Monkey could.

LIKES:
Al - B&W, capturing movement, cross processing, shooting the usual from unusual angles, and using my opposable thumbs to create tools out of stone.

Marcus - Making the familiar look strange, wildlife shots, macro, portraits that reveal character, hoarding roots and pine needles in his cheeks.

DISLIKES:
Al - glamour shots, film snobs and Marcus' spider!.

Marcus - Photoshopaphobia; bigger monkeys.
